Voters

In order to avoid problems on election day, make sure your voter registration is up-to-date with your correct name, address, and party affiliation. You can check your record at the Secretary of State Voter Information Center.

If you need to make any changes, download a voter registration form and submit it to your local Board of Canvassers. You must register to vote at least 30 days before the election in order to vote. If you fail to submit the registration by the deadline, you may have several options like a Limited Ballot or a Provisional Ballot.

If you are voting in the statewide primary on September 14, 2010, you have until June 16, 2010 to adjust your party affiliation. Only registered Democrats and Unaffiliated Voters may vote in the Democratic Primary.
